6.02 Share plugins and themes

The great improvement of this release is implemented an easy way to share Plugins and Themes across all installations.

Other improvements:

• fixed compatibility with non-standard database table prefix
• show "Website has been deleted." if someone tries to visit deleted website
• move file/ms_modifications.sql to file/secure/ms_modifications.sql
